Compliant on oath has been made on the 28 day of September 2011 that Alhaji Atutuwa of No. 5 Oduwole Street Kakuri Kaduna State have in his possession a counter-feiting currency printing machine and thereby committed an offence punishable with life imprisonment under section 2 of the Counter-feit Currency( Special Provision) Act.

You are therefore hereby commanded to bring the accused before the High Court sitting at Kaduna forthwith to answer the said complaint and to be dealt with according to Law.
