I, David Auchi, the Director of Public Prosecution in the Bauchi State Ministry of Justice hereby apply for consent to prefer a charge of assault, brigandage, culpable homicide punishable with death and criminal defamation punishable under sections 265 (a), 301, 221 and 400 of the Penal Code Law of Bauchi State respectively against the following:

Investigation into the case has been concluded and all witnesses that the prosecution intends to call in proof of its case are available.
