We are solicitors to Chief Olowo, the owner of the four bedroom flat with appurtenances thereto situate at no. 10 Broad street Wuse 2 Abuja which you held of the owner under a tenancy from year to year, which tenancy was determined by a notice to quit from the said four bedroom flat given on the 19th day of March 2012 to expire on the 28th day of March 2012 and which premises are now held over and detained from the said owner, be given to the owner on or before the expiration of SEVEN clear days from the service of this notice on you.

Failure to comply, we shall on the 29th day of March,2012 apply to the DISTRICT Court within the Wuse District for a Plaint to eject you or any person from the premises.
